Francisco Padua was born and raised in Mexico City, and with a fast‐moving career in investment banking before opening an office in Texas in 1979. Francisco boasts over 40 years of knowledge and experience in successful real estate investments in both the US and Mexico (as well as other Latin American countries). Houston has now become home to Francisco, to his wife and their four adult children and to his businesses.
Francisco Padua is president of INPAC, Inc., an investment banking firm focused on planning, organization and implementation of investment programs, mainly in real estate, for his own capital account and with a mix of US and Latin American investors. Francisco is President of the Texas‐based firm INMOBILIA 2000, LLC which he cofounded in 1999 with the purpose of developing residential and commercial projects in Texas and México. Francisco Padua has executed an extensive list of real estate developments over the last 25 years, including land and affordable housing development, high end residential community development, income property (including multifamily, retail, office and hotel) acquisition and development, Senior Living development, and special purpose commercial project repositioning. Francisco holds a BA in business administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a post graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from Stanford University. He has completed the “Chief Executive Officer” MBA course at IPADE in México City, an international program tied to, and involving professors and case study materials from Harvard Business School.
